Pappardelle Isabel with Octopus

Steps
- Sauté oil, garlic, parsley, celery, carrot, and onion.
- Add fresh and dried red pepper, tomato paste and tomato sauce. Cook for 5 min.
- Add red wine and octopus, cook for 10 min.
- Cook the pappardelle in salted water.
- Mix the pasta and toss with some cooking water.
