Pappardelle Isabel with Octopus

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Sauté oil, garlic, parsley, celery, carrot, and onion.
  2. Add fresh and dried red pepper, tomato paste and tomato sauce. Cook for 5 min.
  3. Add red wine and octopus, cook for 10 min.
  4. Cook the pappardelle in salted water.
  5. Mix the pasta and toss with some cooking water.
