Caserecce with smoked salmon and red cabbage

  1. Clean the red cabbage, wash it, dry it well and cut it into thin strips. Heat some oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic and remove it. Add the red cabbage and a little salt and let it cook for 8-10 minutes, so that it remains crunchy.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water. Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips.
  3. Drain the pasta and add it to the red cabbage, mixing well. Add the salmon and mix. Serve in a dish. Enrich the dish with some walnuts and the dish of caserecce with salmon and red cabbage is ready!
