  1. Brown the pancetta in a pan with a little oil and set it aside.
  2. In the same pan, heat a little oil and cook the garlic and parsley for 1 minute.
  3. After 1 minute add the chili pepper, the red pepper and the breadcrumbs. Cook until you hear the sound of the crunchy.
  4. Turn off the heat.
  5. Bring the water to a boil, add the salt and cook the pappardelle for 6 minutes.
  6. Before the pasta is ready, mix the sauce with the cooking water and set aside a cup.
  7. Add the pasta to the sauce and add the cup of water set aside. Mix the pasta and serve.
