Caserecce with Shrimps and Red Pepper

Steps
- Peel the shrimps, peel the garlic, slice the red pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the two cloves of garlic and a bit of parsley. Cook until they start to brown, then remove them and throw them away.
- Add the red pepper and cook until it's not hard anymore, add the shrimps and cook for 3/4 minutes.
- Once cooked add the cream and add salt if needed, mix gently for one minute, then let it rest.
- Bring the salted water to a boil and cook the caserecce for 6 minutes. Drain the pasta and keep a ladle of water aside.
- Heat the shrimps, add a bit of the cooking water if you want to dilute the sauce, mix quickly for 30 seconds at high heat. Add parsley and serve.
