Caserecce with Shrimps and Red Pepper

  1. Peel the shrimps, peel the garlic, slice the red pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the two cloves of garlic and a bit of parsley. Cook until they start to brown, then remove them and throw them away.
  3. Add the red pepper and cook until it's not hard anymore, add the shrimps and cook for 3/4 minutes.
  4. Once cooked add the cream and add salt if needed, mix gently for one minute, then let it rest.
  5. Bring the salted water to a boil and cook the caserecce for 6 minutes. Drain the pasta and keep a ladle of water aside.
  6. Heat the shrimps, add a bit of the cooking water if you want to dilute the sauce, mix quickly for 30 seconds at high heat. Add parsley and serve.
