Tagliatelle with Fish

Steps

  1. Brown the garlic and the red pepper in a pan with a bit of oil.
  2. Add the mixed fish, cuttlefish and octopus. Cook for 3/4 minutes.
  3. Add the tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Bring the salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle for 6 minutes. Drain the pasta and keep a ladle of water aside.
  5. Heat the sauce and add a bit of the cooking water if you want to dilute the sauce, mix quickly for 30 seconds at high heat. Add parsley and serve.
