Caserecce with Squid

  1. Cook the caserecce in salted water.
  2. In a pan, sauté oil, garlic, chili pepper, and parsley. Add squid and deglaze with wine.
  3. Add tomato paste and tomato sauce, cook for 5 min.
  4. Mix in the pasta and toss with some cooking water.
  5. Finish with fresh parsley.
