  1. Clean the turnips and cut them finely. Fry the garlic and add the turnips before the garlic changes color. Add salt, half a glass of water and cook with the lid for 4/5 minutes.
  2. When the water boils, add salt and cook the fusilli.
  3. Combine the pasta with the turnips and season with a drizzle of raw Isabel oil.
